Attendance:
• Must attend practices (excused absences must be known by coaches prior to practice)
• Attend minimum required events the team is participating in.
• Show Up to practices/games on time
Equipment:
• Players are required to provide their own equipment (shoulder pads, helmet, etc.)
• Only Clear, Black or Gold tint visors allowed (League Rule)
• Gameday- sock color must be same for all players
• All game jerseys and game pants are property of the Palm Beach Capos, any uniforms lost or not returned will be billed to player at $200/set for replacement.
TEAM RULES:
• NO Fraternization with Capos Cheerleaders
• Show up ready to work every practice/game
• Take coaching criticism with no back talk/attitude
• NO fighting
• NO threats of violence towards teammates, coaches, opposing teams, referees, league officials, fans, or anyone else.
• Pay your team obligations (team fee)
• NO altering uniforms without permission from front office staff
• NO dirty play
• NO foul language on sideline at games.
Punishments for not abiding by ALL team rules:
Breaking of rules will result in punishments depending on severity:
• 1st Offense- Loss of playing time
• 2nd Offense- Suspension
• 3rd Offense- Release from team
Punishments can be harsher on a case by case basis, depending on severity of broken rule punishment may result in immediate release from team.
